First the Pros bc there are many : I really like this bed. Its perfect for my twin 4 yr olds. I have the beds separated until theyre older and can have bunk beds without giving me a heart attack. The color is beautiful and the bed itself is very sturdy and was not too hard to put together. HOWEVER, the bed and box was damaged when it I got it. I uploaded a few of the pictures and most of the places I was able to hide by flipping the board to the inside or the foot of the bed. As you can see from the pictures some of the damage is from the manufacturer. The bad places (dents and scrapes) are painted over. The rest of the damage is on the seller and shipping. I reached out to customer support and was really disheartened that they would not offer any kid of credit for the damage. They would only provide a full refund if I boxed it back up and returned it. To give you an idea of how large this box is it weighs 128lbs and is almost 7ft long. Being a 5ft, 95lb woman I was unable to move the box inside the house without arranged help and for sure could not box it up in a new box (the shipping box was heavily damaged) and take it to be returned. Also, I did not want to spend money on returning the item when I could make it work and, honestly, knowing that 4 year old boys would prob put tons of wear/and/tear on the bed in no/time. I am very frustrated and saddened in s customer service and their assistance in trying to provide any options or help so that, as a customer, I would be willing to order more high/end furniture pieces from their website. My advice would be to purchase this bed if you dont mind having 20 pieces or so that are damaged.

After reaching out again to customer service a different representative offered me a partial credit.
I bought this for my two girls (5 and 3 years old) to make more room for other things in their room. My husband and I assembled it and the instructions were very straightforward and we were able to do it together in 2 hours. It is sturdy, and I can be on the top level with my eldest without concern.
Easy to assemble. The only con was item is listed as white however it is exactly how it looks In the picture. Not true to color however it is more like off white. Great quality for the price!
Im very impressed with the quality and sturdiness of the bed. It was very easy to put together. Took about 1.5/2 hours (per bed). We bought two, and its nice to have the area underneath for the kids to play. I attached a photo for a better visualization of how tall it is under there. Its not very tall (which is what we wanted since our kids are still quite little) but its a nice size for them to sit under and play and fits a 2x3 cube shelf nicely for storage. The instructions for building were really easy to follow as well. Everything was included to build these beds except for one part you need a screw driver and a measuring tape which wasnt provided. But you mainly put it together with an Allen wrench, and 2 are provided with the hard ware. Such a great bed for a great price!
I never thought to check the actual height of the bunk beds / I assumed they were all a standard height / these are shorter then average but made well and very sturdy / rated 4 so others make sure they check the height incase they wanted something taller if your putting against a window
