I think the bed was well made. Customer service was excellent and very quick to replace a piece that was damaged. I would definitely recommend this bed. I purchased two bunk beds for my growing number of grandchildren.
Spendy but worth the money, its not hard to install just takes awhile. We reinforced the holes with wood glue some of the workmanship is inconsistent with the drill holes but the kid loves it it definitely takes awhile to air out.
Easy to put together, cute, and my daughter loves it! It looks really nice in her very girly pink room! It sits a little lower which is great for those transitioning from a crib or toddler bed!

We ordered 2 of these for a vacation rental and could not believe how great they were!
The instructions are easy to follow.
One of the beds did not come with the right amount of large screws which was a shame. We called and told them which ones were needed. At first they told us to pack up the bed and send it back. They would send out a new one. We had to spend some time on the phone with them to help them see how foolish that was. All we needed were 2 of the large screws. They ended up having us purchase the screws on and reimbursing the fee. That too seemed foolish but better than taking apart the bed. The screws came but were not the same color as the others. It matters because they show. Still, we used them anyway. Outside of that glitch I still HIGHLY recommend this bed. Just be sure to check that all the materials are there before assembling it
This bed is great! The lower bund rests on the ground (with slats to support a mattress) which is perfect for toddler. My 5 year loves the top bunk and pretending that he is sleeping in a tree fort every night. The ladder and top bunk are both sturdy enough for an adult no problem. Well worth the price!

I am pleasantly surprised at how sturdy this product is. I usually purchase things from but this item was more affordable and I preferred the design. It was easier to put together (than any item Ive assembled) and feels very solid. A piece was damaged during shipping and when I contacted the manufacturer for a replacement, they shipped it out express. Great customer service. I received it in 2 days and everything was good to go.
I bought this bed for my son, it is really great. this bed is going to last longer than others we used to have ...I can tell from the quality of the material of the pieces.
