Bought 2 chairs. Very easy to assemble. I had one issue where one of the screw hole did not line up for the leg.
Otherwise very sturdy. Best part is no plastic parts!
My husband wanted and purchased a different kind… So I actually refuse the delivery and returned it. I waited two weeks and did not get a refund had to contact who contacted the merchant, who contacted me to verify everything had been issued. I dont feel I wouldve gotten a refund if I had not reached out and asked to investigate.I got five stars to the assembly, comfort and longevity… Even though I did not follow through and use these.
These were worth every penny! A little time consuming to assemble but well worth it!
I do wish there was someway to tie the pads down without ripping the rattan.
There's nothing much to rave about. It does the job and looks good. I use it on my deck when I want to read or listen to a book or to relax/nap outside. I purchased a small pillow and cover that are for outside which makes it much more comfortable to lounge on.
