    Came with wrong pieces

For the bottom bunk you need two 4 and two 5 pieces and this case with four 4 so I had to drill holes where they were missing. Also as other were saying the slats are too far apart so I got a piece of plywood to go over them. I also dont like that the only thing holding the top to the bottom is small wooden dowels, Im planning on getting brackets to reinforce. I like the beds I just dont want to have to do my own modifications.

Cost effective durable bed with some minor minuses

I would like to provide my feedback on twin over twin bunk bed in Espresso finish. (1) Delivery was smooth, a representative was very polite and nice and there was no damage on the box; (2) After inspection, it was determined that there are no missing parts. Assembly instructions are understandable, each piece is marked and h/w packages are labeled to avoid any ambiguity; (3) Very easy assembly. However, there are some moments to note: a. Have a screw driver with 1 and 2 drill bits to speed up the process; b. Allen wrench is made from very soft steel and bends/twists / have some allen key set to complete the assembly right away; c. No h/w connecting lower and upper levels / would be great to have some steel plates with screws to connect and make it sturdier; (4) There is no odor as some people remarked. Recommendation to the manufacturer: allen wrench should be made of heavier ; more planks should be added; there should be some h/w to connect bottom and top parts of the bed; and predrilled holes for dowel pins should be smaller, so pins sit tight. If the manufacturer takes my recommendations into consideration, this bed deserves 5/5 stars. Hope this review will be helpful.

Solid bed but lots of chips

If i had not had such a hard time getting my son bunk beds, I would have sent back. The beds themselves are very solid but the pieces had soo many chips out of the wood, I had to use a wood pen to fill in all the chips or it would have looked like a used bed. For the price, I was dissapointed.

    Good quality and customer service.

I ordered this in January,2019 to remodel my sons bedroom. I didnt put it together till July 2019. Putting a connector into panel 8, it was tight and a 3 inch crack appeared at the end of board. I E/mailed the company and SHAWN stated no problem. He sent me out another 8 panel. Great customer service. I have two bunk beds and they are both great. One thing I did as other did ,was put plywood on the bed slates as there does not appear to be enough.

    Just about right

The twin bunk bed was just what we were looking for with a few exceptions. We needed to set the bed up as two twin beds ( as advertised as possible) but the button caps were not included to fill in the holes drilled for a bunk bed connection. There was also a specialty barrel nut missing for securing one of the bed rails.

Great value for money, solid wood

Great value for money, assembly took 3 to 4 hours. Slats had few issues to fit, may the shipping curved the wooden frame . On the whole kids love it and it very sturdy and safe
