The bed board is not hard enough，and a few pieces are defective.The bed can only be lying down,and it is difficult to sit on the bed low between the seams.
I drove myself about cry trying to find the most perfect, most stable, bunkbeds out there for our vacation rental. I went around, and around, and around. I finally settled on these and had our handyman put together two sets. A total of four beds! They are perfect! Nice and sturdy for our rental. Kid tested! So solid! We bought nicer quality mattresses to put on so adults could use too.
Stop searching and go with these. You wont be disappointed. We got the stain. Perfect for the mountain look!!
Was not easy to assemble mainly due tto In adequate length of bed slats. Had to go buy more in order to complete project. Some holes were Inadequately drilled. Tools included were Not adequate for the job.

Once project was finally finished it does look nice but I would not recommend it to a friend
