I don’t understand all the bad reviews. Bed is super sturdy especially if you follow the direction and actually tighten everything. Super value for the money.
Great for my 10 year old for when he has friends over. Good size and pretty easy to put together for just one person! I would recommend for someone not looking to spend too much money.
This took me longer than expected to assemble. There are a ton of Allen screws. It seems like it will hold up well for my 8 and 6 year old boys as long as they don’t treat it like a jungle gym.
This purchase was great. My son wanted a loft bed and this one was within my price range. The only complaints I have is that I had to install planks on the ladder. My son said it hurt his feet which seems to be the case withmost people who have purchased this. Also, the bed tends to sway a bit when going up or down. Other than those 2 things the bed has been a fantastic purchase.
The bunkbed was packaged quite well and I noticed no issues with scuffing. The project was a little intimidating as you slowly sort out the parts from the nults/bolts for assembly. The big thing to pay attention to are the bolt holes for the support bars (not round bars). Make sure these face either in toward each other or up, that will save time and adult language during the process.
Outside of that, I was able to get this assembled by myself in about an hour. Outside of the tip above, the other tip would be to actually listen to the directions in terms of not fully tightening all bolts as you will run into issues fitting in/on some support pieces.
It looks great in the boys room and we have not had any issue with annoying metal noise as they hop on and off the bed.
