    Best Buy Ever!!!!!!

This product is probably the best price and best I have either bought. The adjustable bed frame steel base is great. I wanted to wait to write this review because I felt I wanted the most honest review possible. I think waiting to write a review is essential because some products seem at first to be great and then break down quickly. First of all, the critics that said it was hard to put together was totally wrong - it only took my sister and me 6 minutes and 20 seconds (yes, I timed it). I think the extra minute was just getting the box open. All parts were there and the piece that holds the mattress in place on the bottom - the holes were drilled - no problems there. I have slept on the bed for over three months and it is not loud when I push the button to get the top up, etc. (I wonder if those who think it is loud - that maybe they only have wooden floor and maybe it makes it louder?). The only thing even close to being said by the manufacturer is that a person probably could put it together themself; however, it is heavy (which makes it a great product) and it took my sister and I to turn it to get it where I wanted it in the room. This is one of the most excellent products and well worth the money.

    Quiet, quiet as a mouse

Got this for spare bedroom to use for surgery recovery. Works wonderfully and is very, very quiet. Would definitely recommend!

    Very nice frame

At this price point I was not expecting much. I did not spring for the wireless remote because i knew my dad will loose it right away. I thought this bed would not be much since it was so much cheaper than the other wireless ones. It works great, not silent but it is quiet, smooth up and down, went together easy, came packaged so small that the twin xl box fit flat inside my Jetta wagon. Time will tell if it lasts but so far so good. Thinking of getting an adjustable frame for myself.

Best Quality Sleep With Less Pain Than Ever In My Life!

I have SEVERE Combat PTSD and pain throughout my body. My sleep is TERRIBLE! I toss and turn an average of 50 + times per night. I have always had a high quality mattress and traditional bed frame. While researching online, I stumbled across how adjustable beds may help people like me. I then began to do a massive amount of research online and settled upon this particular frame. The high reviews both here on and elsewhere sold me! I bought one Twin XL for me and one for my wife. The difference in quality of sleep, after just one week is nothing short of AMING! I elevate my head and feel, and am now tossing and turning only 10 times or so a night! I awake feeling much more refreshed and ready to meet the day! The assembly is simple and quick! The material quality is high, and the motors are very quiet! The customer service of this Company if hands down some of the BEST I have EVER seen! I had to call them for an issue and they resolved it QUICKLY within a day or so!!! I also bought 2 of their mattresses, which I LOVE and will describe in a separate review. Bottom line is, if you sleep poorly due to pain, pressure points, PTSD, etc. Do yourself a favor and BUY ONE OF THESE NOW! You will NOT regret it!!!

    Outstanding Adjustable Bed

The bed was packaged well and easy to assemble. Only a few steps which included screwing in the metal legs. Nothing complicated. The bed has a memory setting on the remote, which is really nice for returning to the setting you prefer. We have a 12 memory foam mattress which not only fit well but adjusts perfectly with the incline for head and foot. It is very heavy, so you will need a little extra help setting it in place. It is really well made, and very sturdy. Finally, it will fit inside most Queen sized frames, as it is high enough to clear the frame when adjusting the bed. This will also be important if you already have a headboard that you want to keep. Highly recommend this product. J Kingston, ON

    It was okay

The bed frame is really heavy but sturdy. Its also very easy to assemble. The package arrived wet and the edges on box were torn. It is probably the carriers fault but it would had been nice if it was nicely boxed with tapes around the edges. Ive always had trouble sleeping at night. Unlike most people who uses big fluffy or firm pillows, I sleep with thin firm ones. If i sleep on pillows that are too high, ill end up getting sore neck, etc. I figured I should try adjustable beds because I have read you can sleep better with your legs slightly up, similar to using a leg pillow. Unfortunately, Ive tried different adjustments every night to see if i can get better sleep but it did not help at all. Raising the head, anything over an inch ill end up getting sore neck. As for the leg, its fine at first but after minutes, it gets extremely uncomfortable. Most of the time, I end up getting neck and back pain when I wake up from bed If i were to make any adjustments. So...to me, this is just a regular expensive bed. For $400 with tax, it isnt worth it. $200 might had been fine though. I really want to love this bed frame. Maybe I just need to get used to it or maybe it isnt right for me. PS, there were no holes at the end of the bed frame as well.

OK bed but dont try to attach a headboard

bought this bed as it was just about the cost of a fixed bed. I figured even if it broke down hopefully I could still use as normal bed. Box was fairly heavy. Went together easy enough. Works like it should. I prefer the dorded remote as I hate trying to find them when they disappear. Havent adjusted it much other than first time. Bed is made to fit inside frame but it doesnt fit inside mine. No big deal, I will just atach headboard. However, the attachments to the bed are not standard. I contacted the company and I need the mounting bracket for $45. $45 for 2 metal L-brackets? What a rip off. No others will work either. Id rther send the bed back than pay $45 for something that should be included in the first place.
