Enough strength. I have had this couch for 3 weeks now and I am really happy with my purchase. The color is great and I had no problem applying scotchguard to the fabric. The couch was extremely firm when I first got it but after a few weeks of me sitting in the same spot, I have noticed that my preferred side is softer than the other side. Delivery took FOREVE though. Only order this if you can wait.
