Packaged well, easy to assemble. Directions were easy to follow. Took about 2 hours to assemble. HINT-if you have a screwdriver with changeable bits, use instead of the small allen wrench they send with. Really speeds things up and you can get the bolts tight. Pay attention to the pictures for the first 3 steps to make sure you have all the holes facing in the correct direction. When fully assembled the unit is very steady. 1 plastic retaining clip broke when installing, but they send extras so it was not a problem. I would recommend this bed for anyone who needs more than a single bed.
