I love this bed. If I am not at the beach my bed is a happy place for me. It lives up to its description being easy to everything, put up, use etc.
I found the mattress shifted and called the company customer service where I found a lovely lad who understood my issue, solved the problem and sent out parts I needed immediately. I called Friday and received the parts early Tuesday, thats over the border as I am Canadian. It came with Philips screws but I used Robertson of course; the Americans dont get the wonder of our Robertson screws yet.
