Update: when we reached out to they sent us a new motor and control for the head of the bed at no cost to us. I was frustrated but I am very pleased with the customer service! Leaving below review because it may still be helpful
Well, it worked really well when it worked. We ordered this at the end of March, its now early November and something isnt working right now. The head will raise but not lower, which leaves my paraplegic husband in a bad spot. It is REALLY not worth the money for something that fails in less than a year. Now I have to run out to get a new bed frame on a moments notice and cant afford another adjustable base. I knew the price was too good to be true.
Overall may be working for some but Im extremely disappointed in this brand.
