The best thing about this frame is that it really did require almost no assembly. It unfolds in a couple of places, takes two people to flip it into place, and youre done. I think my son and I had more trouble lifting a heavy foam mattress onto it than readying the frame. Beyond that, it pretty much does what it says it does. Head and knees can be raised and lowered independently or together. They move very slowly. What I like least about this for a full-size bed (it would be the same for a twin,) is that in raised position, my head reaches the top of the mattress. There isnt room to prop a pillow in a place that is comfortable for my head, without risking the pillow falling behind the bed. And Im short! If youre much taller than 52, youd definitely need the extra length of a queen or king-size bed. Whle the bed still feels sturdy, its started creaking when I get on or off of it, and when I raise or lower it. I was concerned because of other reviews saying the legs are weak, but theyre fine on my bed. It seems to be the area where the raising and lowering parts connect that is making the noise. Also, you wont be able to reach anything on a traditional nightstand if the head is raised more than a bit. I bought a cheap 2-tier wire shelf unit so I can keep things within reach.
Just okay
