The ratings are accurate in regards to ease of assembly, noise, and remote control those are not problem. The problem is the mattress will not stay up on the frame when the head is raised because the piece at the foot of the bed will not stay attached. As a result the mattress slides down. I have another adjustable bed frame and do not have this issue. I would not recommend this item.
