I set up this bed in 10 minutes, it slides right into my bed frame. I had to disconnect the bed frame and scoot it out about 6 in from the Headboard. Motor is quiet, And smooth. It is great to sit up and watch TV and drink coffee in the mornings. Pretty quiet with Whoopie and stuff.
