This arrived earlier than anticipated, that was great. The box that it comes in is large and heavy, although, shipping does state that. It is pretty much already assembled, the remaining tasks were almost all pretty simple. The legs are sturdy, the frame fits inside of our old wooden bed frame. It exactly fit our new queen mattress. We only had 2 minor issues during setup, one. between moving the completed frame into the bedroom and settling it where it needed to go, one of the wires came loose. It was the one that lit the UBL and powered the USB ports, a troubleshooting guide would have been nice at this point. Also, there arent any instructions for the remote other than how to sync it to the bed. There is nothing that tells you how to change the massage modes, or to shut it off, it took about 15 minutes of playing with it to figure it out.
The frame works wonderfully with our new queen mattress, no issues with movement, the motor is much quieter than I thought it would be. The head raises to an almost upright seated position, once the mattress is on, its very comfortable.
