The adjustable frame itself is great. All of the features are excellent and they all go above and beyond my expectations. However, the remote went bad after a couple years due to manufacturing issues, not seller issues. I reached out to the seller and asked them to reach out to the manufacturer of the bed and they did. I received a new remote via the warranty on the bed through Leggett Platt, no questions asked. Seller is the consummate professional! Would do business again. Thank you!
