This bed was the easiest thing Ive ever had to assemble. Love the lighting under the bed. My husband and I both love the different positions you can use. Plus the memory buttons are great. My husband I can just press a button and go directly to our favorite position. The massage is an added plus. Customer service at deal beds has been wonderful, had a very small issue with a shipping problem but between Kevin,Juan, and especially Paul who went above and beyond for me solved the issue which none was Deal Beds fault but they took care of me anyway.
