you need two people to assemble. The remote works great. The Metal piece in the middle can be felt even with mattress on top, woke up with pain in my hips every day.
After several contact with Sales representative, got transferred to warranty department. Found my bed head section Motor and Actuator was damaged. Recieved new motor with actuator for free ( Warranty) which was easy to install. Now my bed lay down evenly on all side and it feels great.
