Bought this for my oldest son to use since hes in a smaller room (he had 22 years of having the bigger room, its the younger ones turn now) hes broken several beds similar to this is no time. Hes a big guy who works out constantly. Basically just had to take out of the box and set it up. No assembly which is a huge bonus for me! Hes roughly 6 and is super wide in the shoulders/back/arms and easily fits on this! I bought a mattress topper to go on top to protect it and add a bit more comfort and hes loved it. Also the fact it folds right up and doesnt take up space in his room. I almost bought one similar from Lowes but after reading the reviews on I decided not too and found this one! Its worth it! Even if you dont use it as an everyday bed like he does its comfortable enough to keep for a spare bed for guests
