    I absolutely love this thing. The workout it gives you is such a fun alternative to cardio, it is light and easy to move, and will make you sweat. I added 10/20 minutes after my lifting to supplement my runs and I have lost weight and toned up pretty quickly. Plus, since its fun I dont feel as taxed afterward.
