I ordered two of these chairs for my patio. I unfortunately had damage issues with both upon arrival. Not damaged in shipping but it appears the workers in China dont like making patio furniture for Americans. I addressed the issue with and they immediately responded and worked out a compromise. Kudos to Olivia for being professional and courteous the whole time and leaving me a satisfied customer.
