Many mis/drilled holes, either too small or off center. The used for alan screws and wrenches was incredibly soft and easily stripped several screws with just hand strength (albeit, I am fairly strong)
The directions were ok but you really have to pay attention to the hole placement of the four posts because they were not labeled and they are quite easily confused for one another.
The wood is also very soft and easily scratched
