I had high hopes for this chair because it was a chair. I learned, however, that licenses the name to another company. The seat is hard and, for me, at least, very uncomfortable. The chair was supposed to come with gliding footers so you can use them instead of the included casters, but there were no footers in my box. I called , who referred me to the actual manufacturer of the chair, True Innovations. They were very prompt in sending out the gliding footers, which turned out to be four pieces of felt with adhesive backing. They didnt last very long. I loved the looks of the chair, but when you buy an office chair without trying it in person, youre taking a gamble it will be comfortable. The chair is pretty, but that doesnt matter if you cant use it.
