The description says it comes with enough chain for an 8 foot ceiling / not true, unless you plan on using a step stool to get into the chair. It comes with enough for a 7 foot ceiling. Dont bother asking the seller to help either / they just gave us the runaround over 1 foot of chain. The unit itself also makes an awful cracking noise when we sit in it (combined weight of maybe 350 lbs). Overall the swing is comfy enough, it comes with touchup paint which is nice because it definitely got scratched up in transit. Its nice looking as well.
